## Editorial
Anywaves is a French antenna manufacturer founded in 2017 and headquartered in Ramonville-Saint-Agne (Toulouse area). The company designs and produces compact, ITAR-free antennas for small satellites operating in LEO, serving TT&C, data downlink, and navigation functions across S-band, X-band, Ka-band, and GNSS frequency ranges.[^anywaves-about]

The product line spans COTS and custom antenna solutions, all EN 9100 certified since 2021.[^anywaves-about] Key products include the S-Band TT&C Antenna (TRL 9, strong flight heritage), a range of compact X-band data downlink antennas including a dual-polarized 1U variant, and a GNSS All-Bands Antenna developed under an ESA NAVISP contract.[^anywaves-products] By April 2025 the company had delivered over 1,600 antennas across multiple LEO missions.[^anywaves-about]

Verifiable customer integrations include Nara Space's Observer-1A satellite (X-band antenna, confirmed on-orbit performance)[^nara-testimonial], the CNES CALLISTO reusable launcher demonstrator (S-Band Launcher Antenna, first CNES-responsible qualified product under the programme)[^callisto-testimonial], and the Maxar-primed US Space Development Agency Tranche 1 Tracking Layer, for which Anywaves received Maxar's 2023 Supplier Excellence Award.[^maxar-award] Additional disclosed customers include Loft Orbital, Thales Alenia Space, OHB Sweden, OneWeb Satellites, E-Space, Airbus Defence and Space, Lockheed Martin, and The Exploration Company.

In January 2026 Anywaves merged with EmTroniX, a Luxembourg-based space electronics company producing Software Defined Radios, LNBs, and FPGA/DSP payload subsystems.[^merger-announcement] The combined group of over 110 employees operates from France, Luxembourg, and the United States, with Nicolas Capet (Anywaves founder) as Chairman and Etienne Le Bras (former EmTroniX COO) as CEO of the Luxembourg entity.

Within the EO supply chain Anywaves occupies the antenna and RF subsystem segment for LEO smallsats, positioned downstream of bus manufacturers and upstream of mission operators, supplying the radio interface between spacecraft and ground.
