## Editorial
Rockot with Breeze-KM upper stage is a small-to-medium-lift launch vehicle derived from the SS-19 Stiletto intercontinental ballistic missile, adapted for commercial and governmental space launches.[^wikipedia-rokot] The Breeze-KM restartable upper stage performs orbital insertion into low Earth orbit. Commercial launches were conducted by Eurockot Launch Services, a joint venture based in Bremen, Germany. The vehicle carried Earth observation payloads including ESA's Swarm constellation (three satellites) from Plesetsk Cosmodrome.[^esa-swarm-launch] Commercial operations by Eurockot ended on 25 April 2018 with the launch of Sentinel-3B.[^spacenews-eurockot-final] Russian military operations continued after Eurockot's final commercial mission, with the last Rockot flight on 26 December 2019.[^spaceflightnow-retirement]
