The Canadian Space Agency (CSA/ASC) is Canada's national space agency, headquartered at the John H. Chapman Space Centre in Longueuil, Quebec, and reporting through the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry. [1][2] For EO buyers, CSA's primary EO role is public mission ownership and programme stewardship around the RADARSAT line. [3] RADARSAT-1 is retired, and RADARSAT-2 was co-funded by CSA with data-credit access rather than a CSA-operated ownership model. [4][5] The RADARSAT Constellation Mission is a three-satellite Canadian government mission launched in 2019. [6] CSA's 2023 annual budget was CA$615.4M. [1]
