Digital Services Act
EO-Atlas lets verified operators claim and edit their own catalogue listings, which makes it an online platform under the EU Digital Services Act. This page gives the points of contact the Act requires and explains how to report content you believe is illegal.
Single point of contact
For authorities (Article 11) and for users of the service (Article 12), the single point of contact is SpectraWorks B.V. at info@spectraworks.nl. Communication is possible in English and Dutch. Our full operator details are on the Legal identification page.
Reporting illegal content
If you believe a listing or other content on EO-Atlas is illegal, email info@spectraworks.nl with:
- the exact location of the content, such as the page URL,
- a clear explanation of why you believe it is illegal,
- your name and contact details (except where the report concerns certain offences for which anonymity is appropriate),
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We review reports, act where required, and tell the reporter and, where applicable, the affected operator what we decided and why. A dedicated reporting form will replace this email channel as the service develops.
Accuracy of our own entries
Many EO-Atlas entries are compiled by us from public sources. If you think one of our own entries is inaccurate, use the same address above and we will correct it. For how the catalogue is sourced, see our Legal identification page.
