Refund & Cancellation

Reading EO-Atlas is free. A paid plan adds enhancement features to a company listing you have claimed, such as images, links, and a richer company page. Those features go live as soon as your payment is confirmed.

90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your paid plan, email info@spectraworks.nl within 90 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. When we issue the refund, the enhancement features are switched off and your listing returns to its standard free state.

The guarantee applies to your first paid term. Renewals are not covered by it, and it can be used once per company.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@spectraworks.nl. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features stay live until the end of the term you have already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and we do not pro-rate a partly used term outside the 90-day guarantee above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, and usually arrive within a few business days. Charges and refunds appear on your statement as "SpectraWorks B.V.". For VAT, a refund reverses the original charge; where a charge was made under the EU business reverse-charge rules, the refund is issued without VAT in the same way.

Fair use

The guarantee lets you try the paid features and get your money back if they are not for you. We may decline a refund where there is a pattern of repeated sign-up-and-refund or other clear abuse.
