Can a claimed account upload paid-tier content before upgrading?
Yes. Uploaded images, pricing, CTAs, and other paid-tier fields can live in the private draft. Publishing filters the draft by the resolved tier, so locked fields stay private until the tier unlocks them.
What does publishing do?
Publishing copies the private draft into the public listing column after tier filtering. Free claimed listings can publish baseline fields such as descriptor, headquarters, and links; paid surfaces publish only when the account tier allows them.
Who can edit a listing?
A company admin can edit the listing. Admin access also authorises editing linked products, missions, fleets, ground segments, launch services, and data products owned by that company. Colleagues with workspace access can view the listing but cannot edit until an admin grants them access.
Where do paid conversion links appear?
Pricing, quote, contact, and buy actions appear on the operator's own Atlas listing surfaces. They are not sold as ranking, placement, or competitor-page advertising.
How do I get a human involved?
Email info@spectraworks.nl with the listing URL, your organisation, and the problem you hit. A short description is enough; include screenshots only if they clarify the issue.
How do I claim my organisation's listing?
Sign in with your work email. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm you control that inbox. If your email domain is the one we have on file for the organisation, you get access to its workspace. The first person to claim an unclaimed listing becomes its admin.
How does a colleague get access?
A colleague signs in with the same work email domain and confirms their inbox the same way. That gives them workspace access to view the listing. To edit content, manage links and media, or change access, they request admin access from inside the workspace; an existing admin approves it. If there is no admin yet, the request reaches SpectraWorks operator support.
What is the difference between workspace access and admin?
Workspace access lets a verified colleague sign in and see the company workspace. Admin is the control role: editing listing fields, approving or declining colleague access requests, and managing paid listing changes. Workspace access on its own cannot edit content, set URLs, upload media, manage access, or touch billing.
Who can change billing and paid listing settings?
Only a company admin, or SpectraWorks on request. Signing in from a matching email domain is never on its own enough to change billing, paid URLs, paid media, or promoted listing settings. If a paid listing is in dispute, we freeze paid-control changes for it until the matter is resolved.
An admin has left, or ownership is disputed. What happens?
Transfers, disputes, and removals are handled manually at this stage. Email info@spectraworks.nl with the listing URL, your organisation, your role, and what you need. We verify against the company email domain and the public company website, notify any current admin where appropriate, and allow a short response window before acting. We can revoke access immediately where there is abuse, a security risk, or a legal reason.
My organisation shares an email domain with others. Will access work automatically?
Not automatically. Where one email domain covers several distinct organisations (common for government, agency, and large group domains), we do not auto-grant access on a domain match, because it would expose a sibling organisation's workspace. Email info@spectraworks.nl and we set up access manually.
