Dost Asti
DOST-ASTI is the Department of Science and Technology - Advanced Science and Technology Institute, an active Philippine government research and development institute.[1] Its mandate covers ICT and microelectronics R&D, with Space Technology as a focus programme.[1][2] In EO and small-satellite work, DOST-ASTI is associated with Diwata-1, Diwata-2, the PHL-50 microsatellite bus, and Diwata payload lines including high-precision telescope and SMI with LCTF capability.[2][3] It is a government R&D and programme-operator institution, not a commercial company.[1][3]
