Roshydromet
Russian federal hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring service; WMO OSCAR lists RosHydroMet as a space agency for Meteor-M N2-4.
The Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, commonly Roshydromet, is Russia's national hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring agency.[1] Its mandate covers state services in hydrometeorology, related fields, environmental monitoring, and pollution monitoring.[1][2] In satellite EO activity, Roshydromet operates within geostationary meteorological satellite programmes including Electro and serves as an agency for Meteor-M N2-4.[3][4] The agency's role is hydrometeorological and environmental information service, operational programme authority, and weather-satellite operation rather than spacecraft manufacturing.[2][3]
