Lockheed Delta
Delta 2913 was a retired three-stage member of the legacy Delta launch-vehicle family used for NASA's LAGEOS-1 mission.[1][2][3] For that LAGEOS-1 launch, NASA listed McDonnell Douglas Corp. as the launch-vehicle contractor; the documented vehicle identity is Delta 2913 rather than a broader "Lockheed Delta" service.[1][2] The variant's operating window is 1975-1976, and LAGEOS-1 launched on Delta 2913 on 1976-05-04.[4][2][3] For the LAGEOS-1 launch, the configuration used RS-27 first-stage propulsion, TR-201 second-stage propulsion, and a TE-364-4 solid third stage.[1] The payload was NASA's laser geodynamics satellite for precision laser ranging and geodetic science, so the service is historical rather than current manifest capacity.[3][5]
