KazEOSat-2

KazEOSat-2 is Kazakhstan's medium-resolution optical EO satellite in a 630 km sun-synchronous orbit [1]. It uses an SSTL-150 class bus and a five-channel multispectral camera with 6.5 m ground sampling, 77 km swath, and tasking support for Kazakhstan-focused mapping, agricultural monitoring, resource management, and disaster management [1][2]. KazEOSat-2 launched on 2014-06-19 by Dnepr from Yasny [1].
