Maya-2 was a Philippine 1U CubeSat technology demonstrator, not an Earth-observation sensing mission.[1] Its listed payload was an APRS digipeater communications payload, with no EO sensor identified.[1] Maya-2 was operated by the Philippine Space Agency.[1] Maya-2 launched on 2021-02-20 UTC aboard Cygnus NG-15 on Antares 230+.[1][2] Maya-2 was deployed from the International Space Station on 2021-03-14 and re-entered on 2022-07-05 after a roughly 16-month orbital mission.[1]
