NExSat-1

NExSat-1 is an Egyptian optical Earth-observation mission for environmental monitoring and land-cover-change applications.[1] The spacecraft launched on 2024-02-03 aboard Smart Dragon 3 and flies in a roughly 700 km sun-synchronous orbit.[2] Its optical imager provides a 30 km swath from the LEOS-50 platform for Egyptian environmental monitoring and land-cover-change work.[1]
