SuperView / GaoJing is a commercial high-resolution optical Earth observation constellation operated by Beijing Space View Technology Co. Ltd. The programme began launching in December 2016 and has grown to a multi-satellite fleet in sun-synchronous low Earth orbit at approximately 500-530 km altitude. Satellites carry the PMS-3 multispectral camera, providing sub-metre to 0.5 m panchromatic and 2 m multispectral imagery over a 12 km swath. The constellation offers global daily revisit tasking and holds an archive of 9 years. Overseas imagery marketing and distribution has been handled through China Siwei and CGWIC, while WMO OSCAR identifies Beijing Space View Technology as the programme operator. SuperView-1 is a Copernicus Contributing Mission. The constellation supports high-resolution land observation, disaster damage assessment, urban change monitoring, and land cover change analysis.
