Zhuhai-1 OHS is the hyperspectral imaging component of the Zhuhai No.1 constellation, operated by Zhuhai Orbita. The first OHS pair (OHS-01/OHS-02) was launched on 2018-04-26 into a sun-synchronous orbit at approximately 500 km altitude and 97 degree inclination.[1][2] The operator markets OHS as one component of the wider Zhuhai No.1 multi-sensor constellation; the OHS mission designation covers the hyperspectral part of that programme.[3] OHS satellites carry a pushbroom hyperspectral imager with a 150 km swath and 10 m ground sampling distance, supporting hyperspectral classification, spectral library matching, spectral unmixing, and vegetation index mapping workflows.[3] Full spectral range and individual band count for the OHS imager are not published in operator marketing materials as of 2026-06-14. Primary application areas include agriculture (crop type and crop stress), forestry and biodiversity, inland water, coastal water quality, and marine primary production.[3] The operator page lists 12 satellites in orbit as of 2026-06-14.[3]
