Satellite InSAR displacement intelligence for infrastructure risk screening and corridor monitoring.

GroundPulse is a satellite InSAR displacement monitoring platform for infrastructure risk screening and corridor analysis.[1] The service is operated by Morton Analytics LLC, a Montana-based company, under the GroundPulse brand.[1] Primary data inputs are Sentinel-1 SAR acquisitions processed using the NASA OPERA DISP analysis-ready displacement product, providing sub-millimeter surface displacement measurements and ten years of historical archive access.[1]

The platform is structured around infrastructure-sector modules: Bridges (network-wide screening with National Bridge Inventory integration and IIJA-aligned reporting at a published rate of USD 0.40 per structure), Pipelines (corridor analysis aligned with API RP 1187 and 49 CFR 192.917 at USD 1.25 per mile), Roadways (district-level corridor monitoring at USD 1.25 per mile), and Private Dams (in scoping phase).[1] Outputs include interactive dashboards with risk-scored KPI cards, automated displacement alerts, regulatory compliance reports for PHMSA, ASME, IIJA, and FERC, and GeoJSON/Shapefile data exports.[1]

Target users include PHMSA-regulated pipeline operators, FERC dam owners, utility transmission and distribution operators, and state departments of transportation. Geographic coverage is global where Sentinel-1 data is available; marketed case studies are concentrated in the United States. Integration of NISAR L-band data is planned according to published product documentation.[1]
