Meteory Platform

Meteory Platform is a SaaS environmental monitoring platform that delivers eleven satellite-derived environmental indicators to local territorial communities (municipalities and agglomerations), primarily in France and the Netherlands. Indicators span four domains: Agriculture, Forests, Hazard, and Urbanism. Named services include Carbon Sequestration Diagnosis, Landcover Diagnosis, Climate Vulnerability Assessment, Heat Island, Energy, Flooding, Wildfire, Hydric Stress, Hedges, Carbon Biomass, and Carbon Soil. ^[1] The platform delivers precomputed indicator time-series via a web interface, with freemium subscription tiers, CSV data export (premium), and custom reporting. Meteory was founded by Alexandre Larroumets and Pierre Blanchet, is incorporated as Meteory BV in Noordwijk (Netherlands) and Meteory SAS in Paris (SIREN 984315739, incorporated February 2024). ^[2] The company is an ESA BIC Noordwijk incubatee and raised EUR 550k pre-seed from Shamrock Ventures in 2023. ^[3] The satellite data sources and processing pipeline underlying the platform's indicators are not publicly disclosed by the operator. ^[4]
