OpenAtlas RANGER

RANGER is the regulatory compliance layer in the OpenAtlas supply chain intelligence stack. It maps verified physical asset locations, drawn from the TERRAIN verification layer, against more than 190 global regulatory frameworks and generates audit-ready legal citations with article numbers. Compliance documentation that previously required weeks to assemble manually can be produced in seconds.^[1] Target use cases include supply chain ESG and sustainability reporting, procurement due diligence, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The specific set of regulatory frameworks covered beyond the stated 190-plus figure has not been publicly disclosed in detail. RANGER forms the second pillar of the TERRAIN/RANGER/RECON platform operated by OpenAtlas BV, based in the Netherlands and an ESA BIC Noordwijk incubatee since January 2025.^[2] Output is API-native and designed for integration into enterprise compliance and procurement workflows.
