RoadEO develops a global road quality monitoring and prediction platform using satellite Earth observation, sensors, and AI.

RoadEO is a road quality monitoring and prediction platform developed by RoadEO B.V. (The Hague, Netherlands; formerly All4Elevation, rebranded 2018). The company is an ESA BIC Noordwijk graduate and The Heritage Group (Techstars) accelerator alumnus.

The platform combines multiple data streams: satellite EO imagery and radar remote sensing, crowdsourced smartphone accelerometer measurements from a mobile app, IoT in-vehicle sensor data, and third-party traffic and environmental feeds. Active recruitment for a Radar Remote Sensing Specialist role confirms SAR data as a live data stream; the specific satellite providers have not been publicly disclosed.[1] The platform applies machine learning to this multi-source dataset to produce road condition assessment maps and predictive maintenance recommendations identifying which road segments require intervention and when.

Customers are public road authorities and commercial construction firms. Completed deployments include a pilot in Colorado. The service is designed to reduce road maintenance costs and improve road safety by enabling proactive rather than reactive maintenance scheduling.[2][1][3]
