RoadEO road quality monitoring and prediction

RoadEO is a road quality monitoring and prediction platform developed by RoadEO B.V. (The Hague, Netherlands; formerly All4Elevation, rebranded 2018). The company is an ESA BIC Noordwijk graduate and The Heritage Group (Techstars) accelerator alumnus.

The platform combines multiple data streams: satellite EO imagery and radar remote sensing, crowdsourced smartphone accelerometer measurements from a mobile app, IoT in-vehicle sensor data, and third-party traffic and environmental feeds.
