KomodoSat is a Dragonfly platform-variant product integrated with the Komodo multispectral imager.[1] The public specification gives 90 kg total satellite mass and 60 kg dry mass, with a 500 km reference orbit.[1]

The imaging specification gives 1.5 m panchromatic ground sample distance, 3 m multispectral ground sample distance across 11 bands, a 45 km swath, and 1.2 million km2 per day ground coverage.[1] Platform figures include up to 2.6 Gbps peak X-band downlink, pointing accuracy below 0.01 deg, pointing stability below 0.005 deg/sec, slew rate up to 12 deg/sec, and 120 m geolocation accuracy.[1]

SatCatalog describes KomodoSat as in production and gives a five-year design life.[1] The launch-configuration note says up to six KomodoSat units can be deployed from a standard 24-inch ESPA port.[1]
