Celestia Technologies Group B.V. is a European multi-technology group supplying ground-segment hardware and systems to the space industry, headquartered in Noordwijk, Netherlands.^[1][2] The group operates seven subsidiaries across Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom: Celestia TTI, Celestia TST, Celestia Callisto, Celestia STS, Celestia C (Scotland), Celestia Antwerp, and Celestia Chip.^[2] Celestia Technologies Group B.V. is the commercial-facing entity; the corporate structure also involves KEPLER BIDCO B.V. as a holding vehicle and CELESTIA S.L.U. as the Spanish operating entity.^[1][2]

Core product areas span electrical ground support equipment (EGSE), TT&C modems, RF components, antennas, cryogenic systems, and satellite test equipment.^[3] The group employs over 200 people.^[2] George Gardner was appointed CEO in 2022.^[4] Celestia is privately held.
