China Great Wall Industry Corporation is a state-owned commercial space-services integrator for launch, satellite systems, Earth-observation in-orbit delivery, and international cooperation.^[1] The company was founded in 1980 and operates as a subsidiary of China's state aerospace group.^[1] For Long March commercial launch services, CGWIC markets, negotiates, and executes international launch-service contracts with specialist launch-vehicle and tracking-support organizations.^[2] Its Earth-observation systems catalogue covers domestic satellite platform families, in-orbit delivery, CBERS, disaster and environment monitoring, oceanographic satellite lines, and meteorological satellite lines.^[3] CGWIC also lists consulting, exhibition, trade, tendering and bidding, and specialized support services in its comprehensive-services portfolio.^[1]
