Kayhan Space

Kayhan Space Corp. is a US commercial software company founded in 2019, headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado.^[1] The company builds space situational awareness (SSA) and space traffic coordination (STC) software for satellite operators.

The company's primary offering is the Satcat Product Suite, launched in February 2025, which unifies real-time space object data aggregation with autonomous collision avoidance and operator-to-operator coordination tools.^[2] The suite covers over 60,000 tracked objects from 12+ public data sources. Prior to the Satcat unification, the company's flagship product was Pathfinder, a subscription platform for conjunction risk assessment and autonomous collision avoidance maneuver planning. Pathfinder 3.0 (beta, Fall 2023) added machine-to-machine space traffic coordination based on Space Safety Coalition Best Practices.^[3]

Named commercial customers include Capella Space, Globalstar, and Lynk Global, following beta deployments.^[4] As of 2025, the platform has surpassed 50 satellite operator customers. The company holds multiple US government contracts via SBIR/STTR programs, with relationships spanning DoD, Space Force, Air Force, and NASA.^[5] The Office of Space Commerce selected Kayhan as a data quality monitor for its Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS) Consolidated Pathfinder programme in 2024.^[1] Total funding raised stands at approximately $11M across three rounds through September 2023.^[3]

Kayhan Space provides space situational awareness, collision avoidance, and traffic coordination software to satellite operators, including commercial Earth observation constellations.
