Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology is a Russian engineering and scientific research institute founded in 1946.[1] For Earth-observation procurement and mission-history review, its relevance is launch-sector rather than data-service: Start-1, used for EROS-B, was manufactured by the institute.[2] The organisation is a supplier reference for missions that depend on Start-1 launch-vehicle heritage.[2]
