Reflex Aerospace GmbH is a German satellite-bus manufacturer founded in Berlin in May 2021, designing and building adaptable satellite platforms for low Earth orbit (LEO) in the 75-500 kg mass range.[1] The company was founded by Walter Ballheimer, Christian Lindener, and Alexander Genzel.[2]
Reflex Aerospace achieved its first flight in January 2025 with SIGI, a 109 kg satellite launched on SpaceX Transporter-12.[3] In November 2025, the company closed a EUR 50M Series A funding round.[4] According to reporting at the time, Reflex described this as the largest Series A in the European NewSpace sector.[4]
