State Space Corporation Roscosmos

Russian state space corporation; WMO OSCAR lists Roscosmos with RosHydroMet for Meteor-M N2-4.

State Space Corporation Roscosmos is a Russian state corporation and civil space agency/operator.[1] Its modern state-corporation form follows a 2015 reorganisation, with Russian space-agency heritage dating to 1992.[1] Its satellite-constellation activity includes DZZ remote sensing and Earth imagery from Electro-L, Arktika-M, and Meteor-M spacecraft.[1] Meteor-M N2-4 is an operational meteorological satellite with land-observation and space-weather contributions.[2] The Electro programme covers geostationary operational meteorological satellites with programme life spanning 1994-2046.[3] In EO contexts, Roscosmos functions as a state space operator and programme authority across remote sensing, meteorology, and satellite-constellation activity.[1]
