PARGE is direct geocoding and orthorectification software for airborne optical scanner and hyperspectral line-scanner imagery using DEMs, GPS/attitude data, ground control points, and boresight calibration.

PARGE (PARametric GEocoding) is operational software for direct geocoding and orthorectification of airborne optical scanner and hyperspectral line-scanner imagery, developed by ReSe Applications. ReSe describes continued development through hyperspectral point-cloud processing capabilities as of 2024.[1]

The software corrects line-scanner data using digital elevation models together with GPS and attitude flight parameters. An optional workflow adds ground control points and boresight calibration. Additional capabilities include hyperspectral imaging-spectroscopy optimisation, an open internal data format with a programming interface, automatic mosaicking, sensor-specific headless and batch directory workflows, and a direct integration link with the ATCOR-4 atmospheric correction workflow. Directly supported sensors include NEO HySpex and Mjolnir systems.[2]
