Placeholder RefCal methodology entry. Replaced when the v1 methodology ships from SpectraWorks. All early calibration_grading edges anchor here so the schema is exercised end-to-end before v1 lands.

RefCal v0 is SpectraWorks' initial methodology anchor for on-orbit instrument calibration grading, published as a placeholder while the full v1 methodology specification is in preparation.^[1]
