Launch42: space startup.

Launch42 B.V. is a Dutch launch mission-management and separation-systems provider for small satellite missions, registered in Delft, Netherlands (KVK 97333433) in May 2025.[1][2] The founding team brings more than 15 years of launch industry experience, with more than 27 managed missions and more than 400 satellites launched attributed to team heritage rather than corporate lifetime.[1][3][2]

Launch42 provides launch campaign planning, launch-provider coordination, documentation, compliance handling, logistics, customs clearance, launch-site support, and post-launch assessment.[3][4][2] On the hardware side, the company develops pyro-free, shock-free, resettable, and scalable CubeSat deployers and separation systems.[2]

The Mercury-3 and Mercury-6 are rail-type CubeSat deployers; the Mercury-6 (6U) carries a NASA GEVS qualification-level claim and has flight-proven heritage on SpaceX Transporter missions.[5] The Kraken is a canister-free separation system supporting 12U and 16U payloads.[2] The TPOD-S, TPOD-M, and TPOD-L are ground test platforms for CubeSat integration and verification, with the TPOD-L (12U/16U) available for EUR 15,800 including EU delivery.[2]

Launch42 additionally provides satellite interface work, custom ground support equipment, launch vehicle integration, structural and electrical interface definition, fit-checks, environmental testing support, and regulatory and licensing support.[2] A cooperation agreement with Lukasiewicz-ILOT for the SPARK 3U satellite mission has been announced.[6]
