High-resolution passive optical imager distributed by Airbus through Vision-1, providing 0.9 m panchromatic and 3.5 m multispectral imagery.
Vision-1 Imager is a high-resolution optical panchromatic and visible near-infrared imager on SSTL S1/Vision-1, with imagery services distributed and operated through Airbus.[1][2]
USGS characterization gives five spectral bands spanning 440 to 910 nm: blue 440 to 510 nm, green 510 to 590 nm, red 600 to 670 nm, near infrared 780 to 910 nm, and panchromatic 450 to 650 nm.[1]
The imager provides 0.87 m panchromatic and 3.48 m multispectral ground sampling distance, 10-bit data, and a 20.8 km swath.[1][2]
Airbus added Vision-1 to its imagery portfolio in 2019.[2][1]
